Where the index reaches
The Work
The distance between 152 and 193,181 is the whole project. Every month we take temples out of the index and give them a record: coordinates checked against independent sources, a photographer credited, a description written from something we have actually read. It is slow because verifying is slow — and a temple documented wrongly is worse than one left in the index.
