Each luxury sleeper coach carries ten guests — five couples — in private, air-conditioned comfort, with berths reconfigured nightly into full sleeping quarters. Our kitchen and security staff travel in their own dedicated coaches, so your space remains entirely yours: no shared galley, no shared crew quarters, no compromise on privacy across the length of the journey. Interiors are finished in restrained materials — leather, brass, linen — designed to disappear into the background of the landscape passing outside the window. This is coach travel reconsidered from the sleeper berth outward, built for couples who want the romance of the rails without surrendering the comforts of a considered hotel suite.

Our lead chef is drawn from the Services — kitchens that once fed regiments now feed founding travellers. Every meal is freshly cooked and entirely vegetarian, sourced from produce grown near each stop on the route, so the table changes with the region: Chettinad in Tamil Nadu, Malwa thalis in Madhya Pradesh, Bengali sweets in Odisha. Nothing is pre-plated hours in advance and nothing arrives frozen. The kitchen coach travels ahead of schedule at each halt so that dinner is ready the moment you are.

An armed escort of ex Indian Army, Navy and Air Force personnel accompanies every departure, present but never intrusive. Their work is discretion first — route reconnaissance, quiet perimeter presence at each stop, and a professionalism built over full careers in the Services. Guests are rarely aware of the planning behind their comfort; that is precisely the intention.

A full departure is forty guests — twenty couples — across four luxury sleeper coaches, small enough that faces become familiar within days, and large enough to fill a private evening performance or a temple courtyard reserved for our exclusive use. It is a company of travellers, not a crowd of tourists.

An in-house film team travels with each departure, documenting the journey as it happens — the sanctuaries at dawn, the evening performances, the quiet moments between. Founding travellers receive an edited record of their own journey, a keepsake of a route that will not be repeated in quite the same season again.
